Shipping policy

At Krust, every product is freshly prepared and handled with care to ensure it reaches you in the best possible condition.

1. Delivery Areas

Delivery is available only to selected serviceable pincodes within Bangalore.

Customers must enter their pincode at checkout to confirm delivery availability. Orders cannot be confirmed for non-serviceable locations.

If a location is later found to be non-serviceable due to operational or technical limitations, our team will contact the customer to arrange an alternative solution such as pickup or rescheduling.

2. Delivery Timelines

Standard delivery timelines will be displayed at checkout based on the selected product and delivery date.

Classic cakes require a minimum of 24 hours.
Premium cakes require 24–36 hours.
Signature cakes require a minimum of 48 hours.

Same-day delivery may be available for select Classic products if ordered before the daily cut-off time and subject to operational capacity.

Delivery time slots are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on delivery location.

In certain service zones or promotional campaigns, delivery charges may be included in the final price. Where delivery is included, this will be clearly communicated before order confirmation.

Any additional charges resulting from incorrect address details or customer unavailability may be applicable.

4. Order Handling

All cakes are freshly prepared upon order confirmation.

Products are carefully packed to maintain structure and quality during transit.

Once the order is delivered or handed over for pickup, responsibility for proper storage rests with the customer.
