Refund policy
Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of our products, the following terms apply.
1. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time.
If cancelled within this window, the amount paid will be converted into store credit valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
Cancellations requested less than 48 hours before delivery or pickup are not eligible for refund or store credit.
Customised, theme-based, and special-order cakes cannot be cancelled once preparation has begun, even if within the 48-hour window.
Cancellation requests must be made through official contact channels with complete order details.
2. No Monetary Refund Policy
All confirmed orders are non-refundable.
Krust does not provide monetary refunds once an order has been processed.
Where cancellation qualifies under the 48-hour policy, store credit will be issued instead of a refund to the original payment method.
Refunds to original payment methods will only be processed in cases where an order is cancelled by Krust due to product unavailability or operational constraints.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:
You must notify us within 4 hours of delivery.
Clear photographs of the product and packaging must be shared for verification.
Upon review and validation, Krust may offer one of the following resolutions at its discretion:
Replacement of the product
Store credit
Partial store credit
Claims raised beyond 4 hours of delivery may not be eligible due to the perishable nature of our products.
